Work on the construction site in Via Salaino in Milan has recently been completed; the building, for which Falegnameria Aresi has actively collaborated in recent months, was built by Coima Costruzioni and Gdm Costruzioni based on a project by the Citterio & architecture studio Partners. On the construction site in Via Salaino, Aresi was responsible for the construction of the entrance hall and its door, all the coverings and boiserie for the armored doors, as well as having created and installed particular windows and doors, the result of an exclusive project designed since its origin within the technical office of the Carpentry. From these studies the Essenziale 68 model was born, a wooden window and door with a coplanar profile made of American White Oak with PEFC mark. The door and the frame are, both on the external and internal sides, positioned on the same plane, thanks to the use of hardware which still allows the movement of the swing and tilt door. The lower profile of the French window is made with an aluminum profile to contain the water drain and the hardware for handling. The solidity of the frame structure is guaranteed by careful design and construction, such as to ensure the resistance of the product to various stresses, beyond the application limits prescribed by the standards.
